Shipping timeframe: Every item on this web site is in stock and available for immediate delivery unless the customer requests modifications to a particular item. We ship worldwide for all products except those containing ivory or exotic skins. All of our ivory and exotic skin products are legal and CITES compliant; however, CITES regulations prohibit ivory and exotic skin products from being shipped across international borders. These products may be shipped within the US and its territories without restriction. International orders must be insured and paid for with US funds. We accept no responsibility for any shipment stopped at an international customs checkpoint--know your country's laws before you purchase a product.

By buying any of our products you expressly warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, understand and agree to the terms below, and that shipping the product to your address and that your ownership and use of the product complies with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances. The purchase, use, and carrying of firearms, knives, and other weapons are subject to a wide variety of laws and regulations. 

Due to recent events involving national security, firearms, knives, or other weapons may not be permitted in many locations, including but not limited to: government property and/or government buildings including airports, schools, court houses, offices, monuments, etc. Due to the complex and frequently changing nature of firearms, knife, and weapons laws and regulations, it is impossible for Custom Grips and Knives to be aware of every restriction in every location where a product may be sold, carried, or used. 

Therefore, You the purchaser and not Custom Grips and Knives are responsible for investigating, knowing, and complying with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The manufacturer of many items provide a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Custom Grips and Knives provides no warranty expressed or implied for any product including, but not limited to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose what so ever. Custom Grips and Knives is not liable to the purchaser or any subsequent user for incidental or consequential damages, expenses, use, or inability to use any product. 

The buyer also warrants that the shipping any knife to your address and that your ownership and use of any knife complies with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances. The purchase, use, and ownership of knives are subject to a wide variety of laws and regulations. Certain knife styles, designs (including assisted opening knives), and blade lengths are illegal in some jurisdictions. You (the buyer) expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from ownership, possession or use of any item in violation of any local, state, and federal laws or ordinances.

Customer guarantee: Custom Grips and Knives has made every prudent effort to test our products. Our grips are made to exacting specifications with the best quality material available. The critical hole sizes, locations, counterbores, and clearance cuts are thoroughly checked on several frames. They have not been relieved for ambidextrous safeties nor safeties that extend lower than a standard safety; however, we can cut the ambidextrous safety slot upon request. Our custom knives are guaranteed by the respective knife maker. 

Custom Grips and Knives guarantees all SpecOps and Tac Knives brand knives for material and workmanship. This guarantee specifically excludes abuse; however, if you must use the knife in an emergency and it is damaged, call us and we will discuss it. 

For Software products: There are no known software conflicts beyond those that the respective software manufacturers have identified. However, given the hundreds of personal computer and CD-ROM manufacturers and brands it is impossible to test the CD-ROMs with every computer. If a CD you purchase is defective, please e-mail us at: support@gripsandknives and we will replace the defective CD.
